If he has one of his little mental lapses while negotiating with a foreign leader, let's say one that is not friendly towards the United States, it will be viewed as weakness. And if it is very bad, we could get rolled in the negotiation.
Look at his entire campaign. Biden isn't a socialist. He's a lot of things, but that isn't one of them. Look at the platform he is running on. It's out of whack with how he's been his entire political career.
When you step back and allow yourself to understand that his entire campaign has been co-opted by socialists (and we can discuss how/why that has happened), that is why he can't be President.
