No mention he was suspected of several auto burglaries in the neighborhood that night.
No mention he was attempting to burglarize his grandparent's home just before being contacted by police and that his grandfather had called 9-1-1.
No mention he'd been told to stop when he ran into a part of the backyard and couldn't go any further. And then raised his cell phone like it was a weapon.
