Not sub 150 guys. Cuonzo has given no reason to trust his evaluations over a stars service. XP is the only guy that has substantially performed above his profile. You can't win at this level withoutliers - and you can't run off the occasional skilled player that you do land.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
