The proposed bill will reportedly give college athletes:
1. revenue sharing agreements with NCAA. conferences & schools;
2. the ability to capitalize on their name, image & likeness individually and as a group with minimal restrictions;
3. create new safety and wellness standards;
4. provide improved health care;
4. attempt to improve educational outcomes; and
6. end the requirement to sit out a year after transferring or withdrawing from a letter of intent.
