You could say the last 5 Presidents were reckless..this one is doing all of their recklessness in just a few months, on top of having done NOTHING for the last 3+ years. He has also agreed to be more reckless than what the GOP has offered...even to the extent of potentially breaking numerous laws to get there faster through executive orders. but since they agree with your social policy, you really don't care.
