To protect the children.
Because socialists care about children.
As things improve, as the economy awakens, as people get fed up with the animals in the streets, as we approach "normal", the left will need more proof that trump is awful.
So for the sake of the children, schools will have to be closed again. Parents will not be able to go to work as much. Kids will suffer without socialization and education skills.
Chaos and desperation will lead the socialists to victory in november.
Wars have been fought and millions killed for prizes a lot smaller than the presidency of the greatest economic and military power on earth.
