exist. And it will be extremely difficult to sue for a COVID infection, IMO, as the plaintiff would have to prove they contracted it as a result of the defendant, and that it caused them substantial harm or damage.

There is more likely to be blanket civil immunity given to schools and public institutions related to incidental COVID transmission, similar the protections that healthcare providers have for vaccines.
