There is going to be enormous pressure to play football again as soon as feasible, because of the financial impact on all sports. Even an abbreviated spring season and fall season of say 8 games give or take would be preferable to not playing at all, from a purely financial standpoint.

I too was really looking forward to seeing the VB team play because we are loaded. If they don’t play until next fall then you will have the same eligibility issues that softball and baseball had, where you are shoving 5 recruiting classes into a 4 year period, and seniors have to make the difficult decision of sticking around for grad school in order to use all their allotted eligibility, or decide to move on with their post-college lives. With a great senior class that could hurt us.
