Simple Solution to the season

Here is the SIMPLE solution...
Delay the season by THREE more weeks and cut the season by this PLUS two and one division foe. Each team in the power 5 simply plays all the teams in their conference division plus rival.
There is no need for PLUS 2 ... Each team in the SEC would then play exactly seven games.
Division winners square off to crown champion of the conference.
Championship playoffs. Each Power 5 team get an entry plus the best non-power 5, and two byes. 8 team playoff which adds 3 games late into the year when they're suppose to have a vaccine.
Bowl games: Cut half the bowls and allow bowls to invite any team they want no matter the record.
Done!
