most people have already made up their minds on whom they'll vote for, and I don't know if the choice of a Biden VP will suddenly sway them. From what I have read, black women are going to overhelmingly vote Biden; picking Val Demings or Kamala Harris may energize some voters, but if they're mind is made up, it won't really matter who the VP is.

As always, there will be someone who will be influenced by the VP selection and some minds will change either towards or away from Biden, but I don't believe it will be statistically significant.
