Does it coincide with trump taking office or did it begin before?

Did it start with fox and continue with oan who tries to outdo fox in terms of right wing bias?

Did it start with the disinformation that has come out of right wing talk shows on AM radio?

I suspect the roots have to go back to Rush Limbaugh don't they?
