First-I love his energy & intensity, but.....
He did absolutely nothing well last year:
-38.9% from the field (28% from 3 pt. range).
-43 assists/43 turnovers.
-61% from the FT line....inexcusable.
-3.9 rebounds/game in 27 min/game?
That's the definition of your 9-10 guy in a rotation. Not tall enough to play inside and not quick enough to play D against true SGs.
Buggs has to start. He led the WCC in assists. The value of knowing when & where to get the ball to Tillman, M. Smith, X & D. Smith is paramount.
I'd go 4 guard small around Tillman.
