Why are supposed MDs willing to let patients die or actively intubate without first attempting the regimen?

Why have numerous studies with HQ been hoaxed by massively overdosing? One Brazilian study even KILLED PATIENTS by overdosing in an attempt to DISPROVE HQ effectiveness. What sane human being would ever conduct a 'study' like that?

Why are hundreds of good doctors willing to risk their reputations by coming out in favor of HQ+Zinc?

These are REAL questions from someone who wants people to live, not become COVID19 statistics for the clinically insane.
