USA : March 26, 2020: Reports emerge that there are still not enough diagnostic tests.

USA : March 27 2020: Trump claims states don't need the ventilators they are requesting.

USA : April 2, 2020: The Trump administration continues to adopt an approach allowing states to adopt an uneven patchwork of state stay-at-home orders.
