1. College age students are not social distancing, and haven't been since April
I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but maybe they should.
2. They will be getting tested multiple times/ week vs never getting a single test
I mean that's good. But testing is exactly a preventative measure. Look at the Marlins and Cardinals. Both are getting tested almost constantly and still had over a dozen positive cases each. Football will be 10x worse with players being closer together more often and larger rosters.
3. Most players will have access to better healthcare at school
As FMB stated, where are we getting that players are being sent home and won't attend classes? I know Lawrence said that, but it didn't really make sense to me. I figured anyone opting out would still be at school. Let me know if I'm wrong about that.
4. If you're away at college and happen to catch covid, you can't spread it to your parents/ relatives who might actually be at risk from this virus
So they will instead spread it to their professors, coaches, trainers, administrators, etc.? Is that really better?
