Answer: kill the benefits in the three months before the election (while keeping the Covid19 Act of Terror at full volume) in the hopes to influence the election.

So essentially 'Covid relief' is not really the purpose of the Covid relief bill, it's just another attempt by Democrats to scam their way into the presidency.

Of course, that's par for the course because Democrats ALWAYS plan on scamming their way into the presidency - it's their only way of attaining that office...
