If we [ONLY] wall in the blue cities, cancerous diaspora will leak out over the decades and besides, you know those areas are ALREADY nasty hell holes.
It'll only get ten times worse after we wall them in.
Best just euthanize them now and put them out of their misery.
And btw, that is already their plan for the red areas of the country.
It's essentially kill or be killed.
All out warfare.
Not much choice at this point.
