really good player can change an entire season. It's not like football where you have so many people involved one player rarely ever changes a teams season completely.

I'm not saying it's impossible for a really good coach who is average at recruiting to succeed at a high level, but it's not very likely either.

Cuonzo isn't cutting it when it comes to recruiting so his odds of succeeding are pretty slim.
