a progressive disease. He appears the same to me - no short term memory issues but definitely a poor public speaker. As for Biden, his dementia has progressed to a point where he has trouble even finishing his sentences. (And in case you haven't been paying attention, even the media has started to urge him not to debate Trump.) Biden has no business being an alderman on a small town city council much less the president of the US.
