Trump doesn't know how something works, and is rambling on about changes he can't actually make based on conspiracy theories and misinformation? I find that hard to believe.
Its scheduled for Sept 29th in Cleveland. The hosts of the first two debates have already backed out due to how poorly Trump's administration has handled the coronavirus pandemic.
