I prefer to get good talent over developing mid major or lower ranked guys, but you need a good mix imo.

If CM can get one top 50 guy every 2 years and get 1-2 players 100-200 with a solid transfer he can win at MU

Usually if that happens you start to get the tourney 2 or 3 times every 4 years and you can start landing more top 25-50 guys who can make an impact on the national stage

Please explain why this message is being reported.
