The argument is what's best for the player with the ability to transfer. My daughter has played with the idea of transferring to another school because she could complete her accounting degree along with a law degree in 5 years. It's hard to argue against a player being able to transfer to another school if he believes it will help his playing career, particularly if he wishes to take it pro after college. When J-Mac left, I was ****ed. That happened at other schools, not Mizzou. But I've since reasoned that that is the way of the world. Still wish he'd owned all the records though. But we're modern fans.
