There is no reason for a person who goes to vote not to get this vote counted, and counted correctly.

The amount of obstacles (or lack of obstacles), the processes, and the legal challenges is purely political and driven by both sides. They both know our current system has about a 0.5-1% margin of error, and at the end of the day it is the courts that really decide the outcome of close elections as they argue over that 1%.
