the kung flu deaths based on a proportion of the population, not a proportion of cases.

Using this measure shows countries like South Korea and Germany are handling the kung flu "much better" than the US.

But don't you have to take into account how fat and unhealthy Americans are (especially the black population which has seen a disproportionate death rate) compared to SKoreans and Germany if you are going to be fair?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
