Market not saturated in this area
Will be new...right now big focus on in house sales, and growlers....from what I can gather, microbreweries are doing ok during this, and the focus on "local" helps them.
Their plan shows they can be profitable at just 40% of brewing capacity.
They are giving the investors (through crowd funding) 33% of the company. They basically get 70% of the distributions until they are paid plus per year first, and then they will be paid based on ownership stake.
Not a ton of money.
They did save a lot by moving form an original buy land and build from scratch to now taking over a closed liquor store and remodeling and being close to a lot of restaurants where customers can bring food in (they will use a combo of food from local and food trucks instead of making food.
medium to high risk sure, but could get a reasonable return...their business plan says 3-5 years to get investment back.
