Chicken. On a 1 - 5 scale they asked me how spicy I wanted it. I said 4.

Not knowing what was going on.. the waitress opens the front door and turns on a box fan.

They bring it out and it is on fire.

The spices and sauce on it with the heat produce this smoke that reminded me of a Soulard Mardi Gras where police were setting off tear gas and I was hacking.

Same effect.

Best chicken I ever had.
