It would in essence add the cost of the Missouri education system to our budget and would also be a funding mechanism for abortions.

The US will pay for some 90% of the bill, but only for the 1st 3 years. After that we would have to hope they renew some or all of "their portion" bill.

We have a balanced budget amendment which would require cuts in other areas or massive tax increases... much of it to pay for the health care costs of able bodied single folk under the age of 65.
