players who can do it on their own his teams struggle. I suppose you could say that about a lot of coaches. But he needs help figuring out how to get more out of the players he has. It'll take more of a team effort simply because these guys aren't NBA caliber types. Part of that is coaching the mental aspect too. Some coaches can convince their guys that they will make those shots. Cuonzo hasn't figured that out.
