and that article basically admits waves actually never really occurred (I don't even really know what the article is trying to say). Regardless, what we are seeing now isn't a second wave. More people are getting the virus b/c of instead of letting it naturally spread when it first arrived, governments across the world artificially "tampered" it with lock-downs. Once lifted, people started going out in society again. Hence, gov't has caused the "waves" we are seeing now. The more restrictions the gov't keeps putting in place, the more the virus will appear to be making a "comeback". Let the virus run through the population, protect the vulnerable, and then move on.
