b/c there is a lot of misinformation about it. They just didn't "swoop in" in an unmarked car, that guy was a suspect in a federal crime. They were also clearly marked as "police" and the CBP patch was on both of their shoulders. Also, most federal agents are in unmarked cars. If you read the reactions before the watching the video, you would have thought it was some black ops scene from a movie.
