colossal stupidity. People under 40 literally can't connect the dots on how the economy would crash and how they would suffer even worse.

I own a lot of properties, if rents are forced downward, I will kick them out. They literally cause more physical depreciation than rent covers. I will not take a loss, I will foreclose (assuming rental property crashes in value by at least 50%), but I will kick them to the curb overnight and tie the foreclosure process, which would inundate the banks and courts, would keep the property empty for at least 2 years. Good luck kiddies, where you going to go?
