He has had a vision that hasn't deviated from his earliest days and that is all he works on. He is God, family and football and I don't get the impression there's much more and I like that. Particularly the football part but he has his balance which is where some coaches fall apart. We still haven't played a game though. Leach and Kiffin chose the West and at least one will be gone within 5 years, maybe both. He will have to establish himself as an up and coming winning coach which will improve his recruiting. He is a player developer so I'm happy with the level of recruiting and where it's at right now. More personality than Pinkel, but Pinkelesque in ways. Kiffen is about Kiffen, Leach in some ways is about being Leach. They will be fun to watch. I'm very glad we got the Drink.
