... we also discovered there was a lot more wrong with Barry's Head Coaching than previously realized.

We didn't know how badly he crippled recruiting, tore down long established relationships, overhauled a 180 in assignments from what Gary was doing.... and all of it, was self sabotage.

They got rid of him before any long lasting damage was inflicted, as Drink seems to have been able to repair things overnight.

Barry Odom is a fine coordinator and positions coach. He's been successful in administrative positions recruiting coordinator.

But he was way in over his head as the Chief Executive.
