expect them to happen in both directions with over counting and under counting.
When all of the supposed errors happen to be on one side then I suspect that they may not really be errors at all.
There is a definite narrative that the media and there Dem handlers are trying to push with the Covid coverage and every time there is a 'reporting error' it miracously helps to serve that narrative. It was the same with coverage of the Mueller investigation every mistake made was on the side of making Trump look guilty. The same thing happened again with the Flynn and Stone cases.
True errors should not have a pattern but there is most definitely one here.
