paid instigators. I can imagine many are spilling their guts before being released and aren't running to the media to share what happened because they will face the wrath of the upper echelon pulling the puppet strings.

Those are the people who need to most certainly go to jail and if it takes RICO statutes to tie it all together, so be it.
