Dude is trying to physically interfere with an arrest and the officer took action.
Out of control crowd yelling "n!gger this" and "n!gger that".
Real good segment of society.
Cops have their hands fvcking tied by deBlasio's bullsh*t policies that original dude refusing to get in the car should have been given a couple of open hand strikes to the head.
