This is not a slam against AAs it is simply human nature. If you give someone who has never had money a large check they will usually fritter it away on things that hold no value.
If you gave every AA a quarter million dollars in ten years you would not see a significant difference. Some would buy houses or invest in a business but most would not. The generational wealthy stay that way because they have processes in place to protect and grow that wealth. General schmucks like us do not and would have to learn as we go and for most it would be gone before we figured it out.
