1. He asked for an extension heading into his final year of contract so he could continue recruiting and wasn't given one
2. He was no longer on speaking terms with his boss, basically the same fate that befell Norm Stewart/Quin Snyder/Mike Anderson as well at the end of their tenures working with Mike Alden
3. He was given a pay raise and a considerable extension of years on his contract at Tulsa.
Unfortunately, Tulsa hired him away from us. It sucks to say because that shouldn't happen. But it did.
