games to Orlando and the 49ers decide to play home games in Vegas. Partially kidding. I don't know if they'd do that but I guarantee owners will threaten it.

I can absolutely see a scenario where teams in some states allow fans and reap the financial benefits while others don't, and suffer from it. That **** won't fly for long.
