you got the gist from that speaker. Basically, whites will always be racist but they should still pursue "anti-racism" at all costs.
It's also not enough to be "colorblind" or to judge people by "the content of their character, not the color of their skin". Whites must see color, must make race critical, and must take all necessary steps to pursue "anti-racism" and eradication of "whiteness".
CRT is infiltrating HR departments across the US. It's already taken over most universities (especially social sciences, and now invading hard sciences). It is destructive collectivist hogwash. It needs to be understood and rejected.
