Experience not necessary. Community organizing can take the place of legislative experience for example.

The top candidates for vp now do in fact, scare white people. And anyone who is paying attention. Radicals, racists, revolutionaries and all of them very stupid.

As his VP, biden was a white moderate that gave obama a cloak of respectability and moderattion.

Now biden needs a beard. Different from his relationship with obama, his vp will be seen as the defacto president of the united states. The vp candidate needs needs to be more substantial than biden had to be. And the candidate must not frighten white people.
