re-opening (and people now moving) is what is causing the spikes now.

However, perceived rate of problems are going down likely to a number of issues

- better treatment
- the vulnerable better self protecting
- More accurate infection numbers

I find it interesting that the liberal memes are still claiming a 1% mortality rate, which is obviously wrong
