regardless of measures taken. They spread around and run their course. The current "hotspots" are simply taking their turn to get done with it. It has nothing to do with anything other than that. It has nothing to do with people wanting to get hair cuts or going to bars. Masses were still flocking to Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, grocery stores, etc. Do those places have magic immune walls to Covid?
