Got it. Makes zero sense and of course the absurd pile of useless bilge in that letter did not have ONE worthwhile suggestion for solving that non-existent connection. The only thing resulting from that letter is hiring hideously useless gov't drones, at 6 figure salaries, who won't do a damn thing to improve anything. And sure as hell not black health.
