short staffed those workers are getting a ton of overtime.

If there is a power outage you can't really wait ten hours for the day shift to start and you have to call out crews to get it fixed.

But I also question the methodology and labels. Is the $400k police man the Chief of Police? Did the workers get there by cashing in a bunch of unused sick days right before retiring?
