that Biden wins, but he and his VEEP are killed in a car wreck on election night, and that the GOP retakes the House, so that on Jan. 21 the GOP speaker of the house becomes President. That would be the closest we could realistically get to having a libertarian sworn in next January. And I use the word "realistically" with trepidation.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
