prove to be a bad call. they're mis-treating a lot of patients and causing more harm.

just like the correlations of deaths and patients being put back into nursing homes, there's going to be a pretty high correlation between deaths (or prolonged hospitalizations) and ventilators. we may never see it published, but someone is going to realize that rushing people onto ventilators was a bad move.
