will colleges be allowed to keep seniors for another year and expand rosters, and will colleges be able to afford the cost of another year of scholarships and teams will literally have two years maybe three year freshmen playing if you count the RS players right now. I just dont see how colleges will be able to afford keeping seniors around with zero revenue.
