It would imo, be the opposite of mexico’s dumping its trash north of the rio grande. Mexicans coming here are not the scientists and business icons of mexico. The ones flooding across the border are largely poor, uneducated and unskilled.
If repatriations were offered to colored people to return home, the educated, successful and hard working people may want to go to Ghana to lead that nation, leaving the dregs; the thugs, the indolent and the revolutionaries here to sponge off the system while complaining about the system.
