Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Purdue, Illinois...that would have been our division unless we were tossed in the East and that would have been the equivalent of TAMU's fate. Lousy travel, lousy climates, our geographical position gives us a sometime advantage in the SEC.
Also, agree with everything he said. It's not to say that Nebraska couldn't work and possibly rise again but they are no longer a Blue Blood program and haven't been for sometime. Frost shouldn't be on the hot seat but he better be recruiting well or it will be more of the same for them. If Drink has success and does use Mizzou as a stepping stone he'd be a potential coach if he tires of Nebraska calling him out by then.
